Situated 3 hours from Darwin, Gagudju Lodge Cooinda offers convenient access to Kakadu National Park attractions. Take the Stuart Highway south from Darwin, then transfer to the Arnhem Highway towards Jabiru. Travel approximately 225 kilometres then turnoff to the Pine Creek Highway and travel 54 kilometres to the Cooinda turnoff.

This was an interesting vehicle we spotted at the campground the luxury Apollo 2 berth camper with a toilet, shower and kitchette - built for 2 people.

A suggestion if you like this rental vehicle book it many months ahead as it is heavily booked.

Notice there is plenty of room for those large caravan's at Gagudju Lodge Cooinda - Campground.

The campground was roomy enough for everyone to spread out and not be penned in like some parks we have seen.

What we like is the vast amount of carparks at Gagudju Lodge Cooinda. Great for motorhomes and caravans.

One you will notice about Gagudju Lodge Cooinda is that it is very very clean and a pleasure to stay at.
