Mirrai in Kakadu National Park, Northern Territory Australia

Mirrai

Mirrai Looukout has views over the escarpments and floodplains of central Kakadu.

Just a bit further along the Kakadu Highway you'll see the turn off to the left to Mirrai - a lookout. Its a ½ - 1 hour reasonably steep walk to the top of a hill which offers extensive views over central Kakadu.

This can be a moderate to difficult 3.5+ kilometre returning walk/hike to an inclined rocky platform lookout on top of Mount Cahill. Being a difficult and in places steep climb and you should consider allowing 2 hours to complete
